  Under no circumstances would myself or my dad ever come here again, we travelled 10 miles in the snow, arrived at Bay Leaf at 10.10pm to be turned away and told that they stop cooking at 10pm even though it says 11pm online. Extremely misleading and unfair. The staff are rude and the Customer Service is absolutely terrible. We were a fairly new customer, having only been to the restaraunt twice and we returned because of the food however we will not be recommending this restaraunt to any of our friends or family and will avoid it at all times. DO NOT GO HERE!

  Terrible for food deliveries!
  
  Have used several times, and at least half the time we have had to wait over an hour and a quarter for delivery. Should have learned our lesson, but we ordered food on a Tuesday evening, and when I politely phoned over an hour later to find out where they were up to, they hung up! Phoned again and our calls were diverted to voicemail. Really disappointing, especially considering how hungry we were ;)
